How Coaches Reschedule Rainouts

This is for Home Games Only.

You must have an email address.

You must know the Game number. (This is on your schedule or the website.)

1. Log onto www.westcountybaseball.com

2. Click on Your Association (on the right side Example: St. John Bosco)

3. Click on the Month you want to reschedule the game.

4. Browse for two dates that are available (available is in yellow).

5. Call the visiting team coach and set your Date and Time.

6. Next go back to the website and click on the reschedule page.

* Means Required Field

7. Fill in Your Name under coaches name (Example John Smith)

8. Fill in Your Email Address (Example Johnsmith@yahoo.com)

9. Phone number to be reached at

10. Original Date of Game (When the game was supposed to be played)

11. Team (Click the drop down arrow and select the gender and age group)

12. Game Number (that is the number on your schedule)

13. Choice 1 Date – Choice 1 time – Choice 1 field (Type in the date of which you want to reschedule your game. (12-24-2003) Next click the drop down arrows to select time and field.)

14. Confirm that you have talked to the other coach and change it to yes.

(Click the drop down arrow to yes) You may also add any comments at this time

15. Click Submit (EXAMPLE BELOW)

15. Your game has been submitted to rain out coordinator and they will be sending you a confirmation upon approval.

16. Once approved, call the other coach and let them know.
